Historic Berry and dog friendly beaches are 25 minutes away, beautiful Bowral 35 minutes and it is only 20 minutes to a major shopping and entertainment centre in Nowra.

The accommodation has ducted RC air-conditioned luxurious comfort so you set the temperature, winter or summer, and all windows are double glazed and have insect screening. It is self-contained with a private entrance with small deck, pictured, and no shared areas or facilities. It sleeps up to 6 guests who have Kookaburra Hill for their exclusive use.

There are spectacular views from each bedroom and the living room, with their wall-to-wall windows, and also from the spa bathroom and the solar-heated in-ground salt water pool and cabana, just a few steps from your BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Guests have the full run of the five acres of gardens and bushland and can stroll to Kangaroo Valley village cafes and restaurants, a stone's throw from the front gate. The house is accessed by a winding driveway through a eucalyptus woodland and is more than 200 metres from the road.

Kookaburra Hill is very popular with couples as well as with families and children with a salt-water solar-heated pool close to your outdoor living areas (pool fencing of course) and farm-stay atmosphere with resident friendly horses, ducks and chickens. The property is bliss for accompanying dogs with two acres of fenced park-like lawns and a welcome marrow bone to chew on the lawn.

Kookaburra Hill guests often return, some even regard it as "their country home" - see guest book. The spring and summer school holidays are popular and book well in advance.
