| You can cook in the guest unit and dine inside. When you
arrive, there will be a generous breakfast
hamper and a number of staples.. Or you can fire up the gas powered 6-burner
barbeque and eat in your private outdoor dining area, just next to the in-ground
salt water pool.
Meat can be purchased from the supermarket in the village or pre-ordered from
Mauger's Meats in Burrawang who deliver and the meat
can be placed in your refrigerator before weekend arrival (they grow their own
beef and lamb). There are a number of dine-in options, including
gourmet meals from local restaurants delivered to your door which can be arranged through your host.
You can also pick your own salad greens and herbs and other vegetables as produce
allows from the vegetable garden. There are also numerous fruit trees and we are sometimes
lucky in beating the birds at fruit gathering. Eggs from the chickens and ducks
are fresh every day and are plentiful and delicious. Guests are welcome to pick
the produce from the property for their meals. |
